Discover how photographer Abrahán Garza revisits old postcard locations to create images with historic and modern elements. Enjoy a rare interview with Mel Brooks and tour Sacramento Airport’s Terminal B. Be inspired by both Jeff LaDow, a quadriplegic who continues to paint, and Michael Bise, whose drawings trace the narrative of his life.

Saved from the ax by Ross S. Sterling himself in 1919, when it was threatened by a new road. He proclaimed, “It required many years for nature to produce such a beautiful thing like that and we must save it.” Price Pruett, who owned that land where the tree stood, made an agreement with the Harris County Commissioner that the tree would be allowed to stand until it died of natural causes.

Here is another angle of the Sterling Municipal Library in 1968

Here is another angle of the Sterling Municipal Library in 1968

Sterling Municipal Library Located on Mary Elizabeth Wilbanks...

Sterling Municipal Library
Located on Mary Elizabeth Wilbanks Avenue, the library building was dedicated in 1963.

San Jacinto Memorial Hospital1101 Decker Drive.
